Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page (Manage subscription). Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact support@deckowl.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals are refundable within 14 days if the paid features were not used in that period.
Your data after cancelling
Material you created stays in your account on the free plan. Exports and unlimited generation require an active paid plan.
