Agreement
By using DeckOwl you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you may accept them for it.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or school's permission.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files and text you upload and to the material generated from them. You grant us only the rights needed to process and store that content to provide the service. Only upload material you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without permission.
AI-generated material
Flashcards, quizzes and mind maps are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Check important facts against your course material before relying on them.
Plans and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and prices include or add applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
