How many practice questions should I take for fractions and decimals?
Start with 10 to 15 mixed questions so you see both fraction and decimal problems. If you miss more than a few, repeat the same topic in smaller sets until your answers are consistent.
What mistakes should I check for when converting fractions to decimals?
Check that you divided the numerator by the denominator rather than the reverse, and confirm that the decimal is reasonable compared with the fraction. Estimating whether the answer is more or less than one half is a quick check.
