How often should I quiz myself on the same material?

Spread your reviews out over several days rather than cramming in one sitting. Short sessions repeated over time help more material stay in memory.

Should I quiz myself before or after reading the chapter?

Try a few questions before reading to find your gaps, then quiz again afterward. The second pass shows whether the reading helped.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 3 generations per month and lets you study in the browser, but it does not include exports.

Can I export questions to Moodle?

Moodle XML export is part of the Pro plan, which also includes QTI 2.1 export. Plus exports PDF, DOCX, Anki and CSV.
